The MCG40 series is the first in the Katoh solid top range. A one-piece face allows freer vibration, translating into more musical expression in performance. This model features solid cedar top and sapele back and sides for clean dynamics with smart looking, dark finishes. Fitted with the Fishman Presys Plus for total control in stage and recording situations.

There are three intrinsic elements at the heart of producing a Katoh guitar. It begins with highly skilled luthiers that have a minimum 15 years experiance, building in an environment that meet the highest standards in the industry and utilising advanced manufacturing technology.
Premium materials are essential to the finish of fine-quality acoustic instruments. The method of drying and seasoning timbers focuses on quality rather than speed, resulting in optimal tone and life from each Katoh guitar.

We will ship to most Australian locations COMPLETELY FREE for orders over $50 and under 3kg. There may be some exceptions for excessively bulky or large items, remote locations and some regional areas. We will contact you if this problem arises prior to shipping the goods. Please note – WE DO NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES.
We use a nominated freight company or post to ensure the fastest possible delivery time (approx. 2-3 working days). In the event of goods being temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately of any possible delay.
Small parcel orders under $50 as well as under 3kg will be shipped for a $10.00 flat fee. Anything over 3kgs will be shipped at our Best Price shipping cost.
Express delivery is also available. Costs are dependent on the delivery location and size and weight of your order.
Please note: For customers living in REMOTE POSTCODE AREA’S an additional freight cost of $58.00 will be added to the freight charge on your order (not seen at the checkout). In all cases we will call you and get the best possible freight costs available to your home or workplace. See below for remote area list.

Freight is calculated on size of the order and the remoteness of the recipients location. Shipping costs will be displayed at the checkout before purchase is confirmed. The delivery cost of larger items will be advised by a web sales consultant as soon as we receive your order.
